Russian President Vladimir Putin is concerned about Israel’s repeated attacks in Syria, he said, after  talking for an hour and-a-half with President Barack Obama earlyTuesday, Sept. 29. While Israel would not permit an Iranian-Syrian-Hizballah terror base to operate from Syria, the Russian leader won't tolerate Israeli counter-terror operations because they weaken Bashar Assad.
