The White House has sent top national security officials to seek the help of the Silicon Valley tech industry for stopping ISIS and other terrorist groups radicalizing and recruiting people online and for disrupting their use of major technology. A high-level session was scheduled Friday for bringing leaders from major technology and Internet companies together with Attorney General Loretta Lynch, FBI Director James Comey and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, along with President Barack Obama's chief of staff and his top counterterrorism adviser.
