The Fateh-110 ground missile with a range of 300 kilometers, whose successful test was announced Saturday by Iranian Defense Minister Gen. Ahmad Vahidi,  is the core weapon in Hizballah and Syrian arsenals for cross-border attacks on Israel, DEBKAfile’s military sources report. Vahidi unveiled a new advanced version of the missile with which Tehran no doubt intends to upgrade those arsenals.
