Salafi gunmen shot up an Egyptian police post at El Arish in northern Sinai from a drive-by car Thursday. The policemen returned the fire. This was the third terrorist attack on Egyptian targets in northern Sinai this week, with no sign of a serious Egyptian counter-offensive against the assailants.
