Witnesses heard an explosion shortly before a Sudanese plane carrying 31 officials including Guidance and Religious Endowments, Ghazi al-Sadiq Abdel Rahim, came down in South Kordofan Sunday, en route from the capital Khartoum. There were no survivors.
