As Gaza front cools, Iran and Syria move on their next flashpoint – Quneitra

Hours after the Palestinians paused on Wednesday, May 30, in their broadest rocket/mortar assault on Israel in four years, their Iranian backers were already moving on the Golan. Under cover of the deafening Gaza clash, Iran, Syria and Hizballah began marching military units on the road to Quneitra opposite Israel’s Golan border. They include the Syrian army’s 42nd armored brigade of the elite 4th Division. DEBKAfile’s military and intelligence sources report Iran is employing its classical tactic of cooling one sector – on Israel’s southern border with Gaza – while creeping up silently on another – the Golan front in the north The movement is timed to reach Quneitra on Thursday, March 31, when Russian defense minister Gen. Sergei Shoigu and his Israeli counterpart Avigdor Lieberman are due to meet in Moscow.

The coming DEBKA Weekly issue 803 out on Friday, June 1, explores Iran’s new moves and its plans with regard to these two anti-Israel fronts. To subscribe to this special publication, click here.

Time for Israel to take out Iranian and Hezbollah troops and their associated imported Shiite militias before they get even close to Quneitra.

Your sky ghost doesn’t exist. You don’t even know that the mythology of Mohammed was invented by Caliph Abd Al Malik to enslave you.

That means NOTHING can save you from the wrath of the rest of the World. You should lay down your arms while you can.

Iran is going DOWN and all its little clowns too. While they focus on the Golan the Revolution to free Persia is getting ready to kick off. Keep looking far away in the West, that way when the Storm arrives in Shiraz you will not be prepared.

PM Netanyahu should finally take necessary measures. His indecisiveness provokes Iranian/Russian/Hamas aggression, as that barbarians notice they can needle without having to fear any real retaliatory strikes.

The IDF has worked brilliantly since the mortars started. Proportional response by eliminating Hamas military sites and not a single death. Even the BBC bypassed the news as secondary to USA/North Korea and the shooting in Brussels.

Excluding the possibility that the Russians will be stupid enough to have their own men in the kill-zone, the Israelis will have a lot of enemy assets that are all in one convenient place, to eliminate 🙂

The calls for bombing the moving troops may have merit but things may not be all that simple. Much may depend on how they are moving and whether they are coordinating with effective anti-air forces.

The Israeli air force is not designed for carpet bombing. Much more about hitting high value targets precisely and effectively. Depending on the terrain and the target this can be very effective or not very effective at all.

So if the forces moving to Quneitra are forced to move down a specific track due to the terrain and such, then a few well-placed bombs can greatly slow a column of tanks or other motorized units. Also, those high-value targets are cost-effective and have real consequences for the combat effectiveness of the attacked units.

If one remembers back to when the USA carried out the bombing attacks on Iraqi forces prior to the liberation of Kuwait? Those attacks did cause damage to equipment and men, and but the main damage may have been to the morale. The ground attack by the coalition forces was what really devastated the Iraqi forces.

The point is that sometimes air forces are not as effective as people may wish. Sometimes the only way to really devastate a force is to use ground forces. This may or may not be the case with regards to the current moves.

But carpet bombing in the historical sense is not an option for Israel. They don’t have the bombers for that.

200 f-16s, with a maximum bombload, can do a pretty good imitation of a heavy bomber. and when they’re operating 5 minutes from base, they won’t need much fuel, either.

the other alternative is to adapt a c-130 to carry bombs. iai or rafael have already marketed the idea of a rack that drops bombs from the rear ramp of a cargo plane. combined with the capabilities of the spice-250, it can also be effective.

not as big as a b-52, but then israel is a small country.

One must ask the important question why Jordan, Egypt and Saudi are not involved in fighting back the Iranian-Hebollah? Do they figure Israel will save them? I do not trust any of them until they put their own manpower and resources into the fight. They want Israel and US to do their dirty work as they build opulent cities and a new one mega city planned for Red Sea called NEOM. Fat, rich men in dishdashas who fund radical mosques overseas need to stop their anti-other Islamic conquest and concentrate on reform, stamping out extremism, taking out the greater Iranian threat and survival at home.

One thing I have observed over the years is that when Islamic leaders or terrorists sign anything, it has absolutely no value. So when you start making agreements with them, such as “land-for-peace,” you can be assured that they will get the land and we get more terror and war…they see agreements as hudnas and whenever they have the weapons and urge, they will kill non-Muslims and their own.

It is a cult of death and conquest.

The new leader of Saudi is really no different than his predecessors and I would treat him with suspicion until he starts doing things in the interests of his people and of the region. That means getting off his tender rich ass and fighting Iran as if his country’s survival depends on it.

If I were Israel I would not trust him until he openly comes to Israel and lets Israel know that Saudi will no longer push for a Terrorstinian state or right of return, no longer support (actually prevent) the Terrorstinians from conducting terrorism, work with Israel to supply manpower and weapons (of which they are flush) towards pushing back on Iran from all foreign soil that the Iranians occupy and have invaded.

There are rumors that MBS has been grievously injured (some even say he has died in meantinme) late April during a coup attempt by members of the Royal House who are in opposition against his agenda. And the crown prince had his last public appearence on April 21st. He has even not welcomed Mike Pompeo when was visiting KSA.
We should not forget Iran has even sympathisers among some retarding members within the House of Saud, especially those members who still have bonds to the Moslembrotherhood.
His modernization agenda and rather pro-Israeli stance is an impetus for hardline Wahabis even to join in some affairs even with IRan, which is the core of all evil.

I do sometimes get carried away with wishing that things were different and I can’t help but hope that all of us just want to live in peace given the choice…but when I wake up from those stupid thoughts, I realize that we live in a world where only the strong, the most vicious and smart survive and that we trend in the direction of worst possible scenarios because people hope for and believe in the impossible idea that we are all the same with the same objectives – and then the leftists preach for us all let down their guard.

The best of the leftists are just wishful thinkers who never wake up from stupid ideas but the worst of the leftists want to teach the others to let down their guard, tell them that WE are the bad guys and then shame everyone into allowing the enemy in to attack us and our civilization (by calling us racists and “Islamophobes,” etc.) — those represent a fascist leftism that is an evil existential danger to western civilization today.

    What does God say?
    Isaiah
17 The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.

2 The cities of Aroer are forsaken: they shall be for flocks, which shall lie down, and none shall make them afraid.

3 The fortress also shall cease from Ephraim, and the kingdom from Damascus, and the remnant of Syria: they shall be as the glory of the children of Israel, saith the Lord of hosts.

Israel may not be able to carpet bomb the columns, . . . but a good raking of 30mm cannon fire down the column length, . . . interspersed with some Hellfire missiles, . . . and finished off with a topping of Napalm: should make it “all quiet on the Eastern front”.

Draw the red line in the desert: if your elements get within “X” distance, . . . say grace over them because they are about to be roasted, . . . then do it.

Bullies, bastards, and muslims only understand force, . . . pour it on them.

Simple canned responses from a programmed mind, tis sad. You speak of rivers and have most likely not experienced one without feeling endangered in some way. That feeling you cannot grasp is called peace.
More than likely you hate waking up suddenly realizing you, are still, just you, You most likely carry that hate throughout your day, never having considered your opponents position entirely. Deferring your hatred of self, onto someone else, changes how you are perceived.
All in all you post mindless word drool and if you want to change anything, start within.
