​Reports of 15 killed in Brussels Metro blast

At least 15 killed and 35 people injured in second explosion to hit the Belgian capital later Tuesday, at the Maelbeek Metro station of the Jewish suburb near European Union headquarters. Belgian security agencies have placed the station on lockdown and shut down all Metro stations and public transport across the capital. Belgian security services were braced for a third terrorist attack.
