First report: Explosion near Palestinian PM’s convoy in Gaza

A big explosion was reported Tuesday as the convoy of Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah drove into the Gaza Strip on a visit from Ramallah, his first in five months. There is no word so far on casualties. The Hamas rulers of Gaza are at bitter odds with the Fatah-led Palestinian Authority based in Ramallah.
