Kremlin: Trump called Putin to congratulate him on his electoral victory

The Kremlin says US President Donald Trump called Russian President Vladimir Putin Tuesday morning to congratulate him on his re-election, calling the conversation “constructive” and “businesslike.” The Kremlin said in a statement that the two presidents also spoke about the need to coordinate efforts to limit the arms race and closer cooperation on strategic stability and counter-terrorism. The statement says they also expressed satisfaction with the apparent easing of tensions over North Korea’s weapons program.

The Kremlin said the two leaders also discussed the Ukrainian crisis and the 7-year Syrian war and talked about a possible bilateral meeting. Moscow earlier said it was “no big deal” if Trump did not call Putin. On Monday, the White House denied that a call had been scheduled for Tuesday.

Usual empty retoric…if the US doesnt accept sharing the world with Russia and China then all talks are doomed and ww3 is too close already…eg.if the US strikes Damascus now and kills Russia soldiers(not mecenaries) Russia will definatly respond then its a disaster.
