Oil prices jump ahead of fresh US sanctions on Iran

Although the Trump administration’s ban on Iranian oil sales goes into force on Nov. 4, oil prices jumped again  by a percentage point on Friday – altogether 4-5pc in the past week in fear of coming shortages. Brent crude oil leaped by $1.30 bpd to $76.03 and US crude by $1,29 bpd to $68.03.
