IDF: No rocket fire from Gaza. Alerts due to misread signals

The IDF, revising an earlier statement, said shortly after rocket alerts swept most of southern Israel on Thursday morning that they were triggered by “mistaken identification” and no rocket fire had occurred from the Gaza Strip.
