A Palestinian shot dead in West Bank riot

A Palestinian of 22 was shot dead hurling a fire bomb at Israeli troops who entered the Al-Amari refugee camp near Ramallah early Wednesday to arrest a wanted Hamas operative. Some 50 Palestinians took part in the riot, throwing stones and Molotov cocktails at the Israeli soldiers. Five more Hamas operatives were detained in other parts of the West Bank.
