A Palestinian stabs a civilian and a soldier in Jerusalem

A Palestinian was shot dead as he attacked and seriously injured two Israelis aged 20 at the light rail stop outside Police National HQ in Jerusalem. Both were removed to Hadassah hospital. The terrorist, aged 17 from the village of Akav near Jerusalem, stabbed the soldier in the back when he rushed to the aid of the first victim. A Border Guard officer at the scene shot the Palestinian dead. Forces then raided his village in search of possible accomplices.
