A Russian plane delivered aid to Syria, evacuated nationals

A Russian plane Saturday delivered 21.5 tons of humanitarian aid to the Syrian regime-held port city of Latakia, said the Russian Emergencies Ministry on Friday. It also evacuated sixty-six Russians, seven Belarusians, four Ukrainians and three Uzbek nationals from the embattled country.
