A suspicious car prompted closure of Istanbul’s Bosphorus Bridge

Turkish bomb disposal experts detonated the car’s trunk in a controlled explosion Tuesday and briefly closed the historic bridge, before the incident proved to be a false alarm. The driver was said to have parked his car after running out of gas.
