A terrorist, 2 Palestinian officers killed in Jenin shootout with Israeli troops

 An undercover (Yamam) Israel team came under gunfire on entering the West Bank town of Jenin early Thursday to detain two Islamic Jihad terrorists suspected of regularly shooting up local highways in recent months. The suspects who were hiding behind the Palestinian security forces HQ, opened fire on the troops. One was killed and the other injured and taken into custody. Two Palestinian security officers were also shot dead during the gun battle. There were no casualties on the Israeli side.
