A tiny radioactive drone lands on Japanese PM’s office roof
A drone with propellers marked with a radioactive sign landed on the roof of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s office in Tokyo Wednesday. It tested positive for a "minuscule" amount of radiation, which police said was not enough to harm humans. Abe was in Indonesia at the time attending an Asia-Africa summit. The drone was 50 cm across and also carried a small camera and a water bottle. It was not clear who sent the drone or why, but the decision to restart a nuclear power station in southwestern Japan is proving controversial after the 2011 Fukushima radiation disaster.
