Two coalition troops killed by IED in Manbij, Syria

US Master Sergeant Jonathan Dunbar, 36, from Austin, Texas, and British Sergeant Matt Tonroe, both members of special operations units, were killed on March 29, in Manbij, in northern Syria, when their armored car struck an improvised explosive device. Five other service members were wounded in the same attack. DEBKAfile: It is not clear who laid the device – whether one of the local militias hired by Turkey to fight Kurdish forces or some terrorist organization.

The U.S. been there and done that in Iraq with Iran supplied IED’s. Trump know’s who behind the attack. “In confronting these dangers, we know that weakness is the surest path to conflict, and unmatched power is the surest means of our defense,” Trump
