Abbas lays down three conditions for talks with Israel

Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas told Israeli reporters invited to Ramallah Tuesday that he will agree to extend talks with Israel for three months after the April 29 deadline, provided: a) The fourth batch of 30 Palestinian prisoners are released, including 14 Israeli Arab terrorists,to their homes – not deported; b) Immediate discussion of borders and; c) a total freeze on settlement construction.
