Abu Hamza extradition to the US delayed again

The British High Court issued an interim injunction Wednesday temporarily barring Abu Hamza and another suspect’s extradition to the US on terror charges. Tuesday, the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg Monday upheld a British court decision to extradite the radical cleric Abu Hamza and four other terrorism suspects to the US. In addition to plotting to set up a terrorist training camp in Oregon, Hamza preached violent Islamism outside his Finsbury Park mosque in London after the 11 September attacks on the US.
