After an eight-hour lull, Hamas resumes rocket fire
Palestinian rockets were again aimed at the Israeli communities around the Gaza Strip at 9:30 Thursday morning after an eight-hour lull. Hopes that Hamas had agreed to halt its attacks in respect of an Egyptian-mediated ceasefire were dashed. Hamas is holding out for Israeli concessions.
The IDF knocked out another rocket launcher after constantly pounding dozens of Hamas’ tunnel facilities during teh night.The military spokesman reports that 200 Palestinian rockets were fired into Israel on Wednesday, of which 90pc were intercepted.
