Airborne Israeli commandos finished off Syria’s plutonium reactor in 2007

Bush, and would not be able to repeat its success in Iran in view of the longer distance and different circumstances. In fact, airborne elite Israeli ground troops finished off the Syrian reactor and another installation five years ago after it was struck by air force bombers – as  DEBKAfile’s military sources revealed at the time.
