Al Qaeda-linked Islamists in Gaza take aim at Hamas

The “Mujaheddin Battalions in Jerusalem’s Vicinity,” after waging war on Egypt in Sinai, is now turning its guns on Hamas security forces in Gaza for arresting 20 Palestinian Salafis according to a list of wanted men provided by Egyptian intelligence, DEBKAfile reports. Cairo warned the Hamas rulers of Gaza that if they did not detain the terrorists, they would be punished. However, the Al Qaeda-linked Battalion say that if Hamas continues to persecute their adherents, they will shoot missiles into Israel from Gaza and Sinai so bringing forth harsh Israeli retribution.
