All three bridges to Severodonetsk now destroyed

With the embattled eastern Ukraine city effectively cut off, the governor says delivering supplies and evacuating civilians is impossible. As fighting continues, conditions of survival in the city are now “extremely difficult.” Capturing the city has been a top military goal for Russia. Together with nearby Lysynchansk, Moscow would thereby gain control of the entire Luhansk region.
