AMAN chief: Hizballah lacks capacity for making precise weapons

Maj. Gen. Tamir Hayman, Director of Military Intelligence (AMAN), said Tuesday that Hizballah is short of the industrial capacity for upgrading its surface missiles to precision- guided capability. In a briefing to the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Security Committee, Gen. Hayman rated the chance of a northern war as “low,” although the danger of a conflagration, he said, was present.
