An IDF Patriot intercepts a drone flying in from Syria

A drone entering Israeli air space Wednesday afternoon was downed by a Patriot missile over the Sea of Galilee (Lake Kinneret), triggering siren alerts on the Golan to the north and the Jordan Valley. The IDF is searching the lake for fragments of the drone to identify its source. Police have cleared the water of swimmers and the water craft of holidaymakers at the popular lake resorts.
