An ISIS video shows 19 Syrians put to death as “spies”

Another horror video was released by the Islamic State on social media Tuesday showing a 12-year old boy executing 19 Syrians from the eastern region on charges of spying for the West. A narrator accompanied the atrocity with comments mocking Western intelligence agencies for their failure to thwart terrorist operations in France, Germany and Belgium.
