Another 17 rockets fired from Gaza after Jihad claims ceasefire

Thursday evening, 17 Qassam missiles were fired against Israel from the Gaza Strip, after Jihad Islami announced that a ceasefire had been brokered by Egypt. This was the second round of the day. In the morning, at least three rockets targeted Ashkelon and Ashdod. The Israeli Air Force then struck seven terrorist targets in southern Gaza. No casualties were reported during the day.
