Another Australian teen on terror-related charge

A Melbourne boy of 17 pleaded guilty on Monday of planning a terror attack using improvised explosive devices found in a police raid of his home. Last Thursday, a 15-year old boy and a 20-year old man were charged in Sydney with a conspiracy to attack government buildings.
Australia, a member of the US-led coalition fighting the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, has been on heightened alert for attacks by home-grown Islamic radicals since last year.
