Another four dead and 1,573 active coronavirus cases in 24 hours

Health Minister Yuli Edelstein: “Short of a miracle, we’re heading for lockdown.” The number of active covid-19 cases rose between Tuesday and Wednesday by 1,573 to 22,704.  The serious cases rose to 195 and deaths to 375. The coronavirus cabinet is mulling new measures for restricting gatherings, including nocturnal and weekend lockdowns.
