Another horror tape released by ISIS

An ISIS videotape released on social networks Tuesday shows four Iraqi Shiites hanging upside down and burning to death, after they admitted they belonged to Shiite militias. The atrocity was meant, according to intelligence sources, as retribution for a clip showing an Iraqi Shiite militiaman called Abu Azrael torturing and murdering a Sunni fighter suspected of collaborating with ISIS.
