Another North Korean missile test provokes the US

South Korea's Office of Joint Chiefs of Staff said the North Korean projectile if a unknown type was was launched Sunday from the Pukchang missile launch site. A week ago, Pyongyang tested another missile, which it said was a new type of rocket capable of carrying a large nuclear warhead.
