Another top US officer in Turkey

Adm. James Winnefeld, the vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, is in Turkey for talks on cooperation between the two armies. Last week the chairman himself, Gen. Martin Dempsey, spent some days in Ankara when Turkish-Syrian exchanges of fire were at their peak.
