Any link between taxi driver murder and Tel Aviv shooting?

About an hour after the Dizengoff shooting Friday afternoon, a taxi driver was found murdered outside the Mandarin Hotel in North Tel Aviv. The police have imposed a blackout on both crimes and decline to comment on a possible connection. .
