APCs with Russian flags enter Slavyansk

Armored personnel carriers with Russian flags entered the embattled East Ukraine town of Slavyansk Wednesday morning. It is not clear if they are Russian or belong to the pro-Russian militia which was evicted by Ukrainian forces from the town’s police building Tuesday. The APCs’ entry portends an approaching clash between the Kiev force and the pro-Russian militia over control of Slavyansk.
