Assad allows Iraq to attack ISIS inside Syria

Syrian President Bashar Assad has authorized Iraqi forces to attack ISIS targets inside Syria without waiting for permission from Damascus, the state news agency SANA reported. They are coordinating operations ahead of the planned US military withdrawal from Syria.
