Assad on surprise visit to Tehran

Syrian leader Bashar Assad made an unannounced visit on Monday to Tehran. He was received by Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei – their first meeting since the Syrian civil war began in 2011. The ayatollah praised his visitor, saying, “We are proud of you and your staying power.”

    I get where you’re coming from – reading the body language they both are in High Festivus Revelry Anticipation for the Mandelblit Marathon, where they’re planning on Netflixing and Chill continuously until the Indictments are announced
