At least 10 killed by car bomb at market in Baghdad

A car bomb blew up on Thursday morning outside a fruit and vegetable market in the Ubaidy neighborhood of eastern Baghdad, leaving at least 10 people dead. Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim had been scheduled to visit the Iraqi capital during the day but he delayed his arrival by two days.
