At least 15 dead in shooting attack on Copts in S. Egypt
First report: Gunmen opened fire on a group of Coptic Christians traveling on a bus in the town of Minya in southern Egypt Friday. At least 15 are reported killed. The bus was taking them to the Anba Samuel monastery outside the town, which lies 245km south of Cairo. Egypt’s indigenous Coptic Christians have been singled out by Islamist terrorists for a number of brutal attacks. Police rushed to the scene of the attack.
