At least 15 killed in car bomb explosion in northern Syria

An explosives-laden vehicle on Tuesday killed at least 15 people – mostly civilians – in the Turkish-controlled town of Al-Bab in northern Syria, northeast of Aleppo. The blast also reportedly wounded at least 40 others. The city is controlled by the Turkish forces and Turkey-backed rebel groups,. The region is sunk in a constant of lawlessness.
