At least 19 killed in student shooting in Russian Crimea

Russian investigators identified an 18-year hold student who went on a shooting spree in and then killed himself at his high-school in Russian-annexed Crimea on Wednesday. The attack has been likened to the school shootings in America. President Putin declared three days mourning. “It is clear that a crime took place. The motives and scenarios of this tragedy are being studied,” he said at a meeting with his Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fatah al-Sisi in the Black Sea city of Sochi.
