At least 3 soldiers killed, 12 injured in truck attack in Jerusalem

First report: A heavy truck with a crane slammed into a group of soldiers who had just stepped off a bus a the at the Armon Hanatziv promenade in Jerusalem, injuring an estimated 15 – four of them in critical condition. The attack followed months without major terror attacks in the capital.
