At least 6 killed in Russian missile attack on Zelensky’s hometown
Ukraine reports a massive missile attack on civilian buildings in Kryvyi Rih, President Zelensky’s home town causing at least 6 dead. This and other Russian strikes follow the onset of the Ukraine counteroffensive this week. Kyiv claims the recapture of seven small villages in the southeast. Moscow does not confirm this, rather that Ukrainian assaults have been repelled. Kyiv’s forces are said to have breached Russian front lines in other fronts using German-made Leopard-2 tanks.
