At least 8 people reported dead in shooting at Pittsburgh synagogue

Latest reports on the shooting at the Tree of Life Congregation Synagogue in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh confirm that at least eight people were killed by a gunman who burst into the synagogue during the Sabbath prayer. The shooter also opened fire on the police responders who were attempting to evacuate the worshippers trapped inside the synagogue. The Carnegie Mellon University near the synagogue are on lockdown. A SWAT team is in place. Gunfire is coming from the third floor.

    Let this serve as a reminder to go get your concealed weapon permit at the county office. Evildoers do not respect “gun free zones”, that is why most mass killings occur in such places. Ref: JPFO.

    Makes more sense to have metal detectors at the entrance.
    So sad that it has to come to this.
