At least 9 reported killed in Syria air strike outside Masyaf

The alleged Israeli air strike Thursday night is said by Syrian opposition sources to have killed nine people, four of them Syrians. Iranians are known to be present in the targeted area, the location of an advanced weapons development and research complex outside Masyaf in the Hama region.

No comment has come from Israel, which his said to have hit the same targets in the past and repeatedly warned that Iran and Hizballah would not be allowed to develop precision-guided missiles, a project that has been ongoing at Syrian locations.
