Australian FM says embassy will not move to Jerusalem

Although the Australian Liberal Party base voted for the government in Canberra to follow Donald Trump’s lead, its deputy leader, Foreign Minister Julie Bishop, said the Australian embassy would not relocate to Jerusalem. “While I understand the sentiment behind this resolution,” she said, “Jerusalem is a final status issue.” Regarding the party’s call to suspend all aid to the Palestinians “until it terminates its “Martyr’s fund” for terrorist operations, Bishop said “we are doing all we can do to ensure that any support we give to the Palestinian Authority [$43m] is only used for purposes that we determine,” i.e., health, education and governance.

Bishop is more left wing than she thinks.

Gutless Australian politicians are more interested in supporting the queers than in any standout statesmanlike decisions.

Maybe Israel should move its Australian Embassy from Canberra to Sydney; two can play this game!

“we are doing all we can”

Clearly, you either not doing or you can’t. It’s like giving money to homeless and expecting them not to spend on psychotropics.

Send medicines and doctors, not money! Send books and teachers, not money! Send stationery and advisers, not bloody money!

I’ve learnt years ago you don’t give money to the homeless, you supply what they need so they don’t use the money to buy what they want. They are homeless because they don’t have control, so just like a child you have to be the adult and control where the money is spent. Palestinians are the same way, for their safety the same principle should be used just like with the homeless.

Julie Bishop, your $43m to supposedly “health, education, and government” is seriously failing. HAMAS is oppressing Gazans. Wake up, lady.
