Australian PM says terror chatter at raised level

At Tuesday’s meeting of Australia’s National Security Committee, Prime Minister Tony Abbott said he had been briefed by security agencies on a heightened level of chatter among people normally considered terrorist sympathizers. "We don't know when and how an attack may come, but we do know there are people with the intent and the capability to carry out further attacks," he said, Nevertheless the level of terrorism alert would not be raised, but it is important for people to remain vigilant, especially after the Sidney café siege last week.
