Barcelona terrorist driver identified as Driss Oukabir

Barcelona police have identified the terrorist who Thursday drove a van down Las Ramblas, murdering 13 people and injuring 56, as Driss Oukabir, who was born in Morocco in 1989 and lived in Spain. A Facebook page in his name identified him as being from Marseille and living in Ripoli, Catalonia. The page contained a video that spoke of a global Jewish conspiracy to take over the world and contained Nazi images.
ISIS channels celebrated the Barcelona attack but made no claim of responsibility.
