Barcelona van driver reported arrested

In an ongoing incident Monday afternoon 30km west of Barcelona, police are reported to have shot a man wearing an explosive belt and arrested him  He may be Younes Abouyaaqoub, the terrorist who smashed a car into Barcelona’s Las Ramblas Blvd last Thursday. This is not confirmed. The death toll from that attack, claimed by ISIS, has risen to 15, with more than 130 injured.
