Belgian police find machine guns, ammo, ISIS flags in raided apartment

Belgium's top prosecutor announced Wednesday afternoon that in Tuesday's raid by counterterror forces from the Belgian police on an apartment where several suspects were hiding, one gunman, an illegal immigrant of Algerian origin, was killed and two others managed to escape. In the exchange of fire, three policemen were wounded, including one who suffered a head injury and remains in very serious condition. A number of Kalashnikov rifles, a large amount of ammunition and ISIS flags were found in the apartment. A manhunt is underway for the two escaped gunmen who are suspected of being connected to the November 2015 attack on Paris.
